1. Agreement to Terms By accessing and using the Unica Party Rentals website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and prospective clients.

2. Color & Image Disclaimer We strive to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary from the images shown on your monitor, tablet, or mobile device.

• Screen Variations: Every display has different color calibration (e.g., brightness, contrast, blue-light filters).
• Material Variations: Dye lots for linens, fabrics, and natural wood products can vary slightly by batch.
• No Liability: Unica Party Rentals is not responsible if a contracted item (such as an “Ivory” linen) does not match the specific shade anticipated based on a digital image. If precise color matching is critical for your event, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to view physical samples in our showroom.

3. Booking Policy Summary While a full rental contract will be provided upon booking, please note the following key policies regarding our services: * Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any inventory for your specific event date. Items are not held until this deposit is received. * Cancellations: The 50% initial deposit becomes non-refundable 10 days prior to the delivery or Will Call date. * Payment Deadlines: Full payment is due 2 business days prior to delivery for standard orders, and 10 days prior for tenting orders. * Damage Waiver: A mandatory damage waiver fee is applied to orders to cover accidental breakage, but this does not cover negligence or theft.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the exclusive property of Unica Party Rentals. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images from this site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability The materials on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. A quote generated via this website does not guarantee inventory until a formal contract is signed.
